Dr. Albrecht has a special interest in Emergency Medicine and caring for patients of all ages.
Dr. Albrecht enjoys golfing and reading. He and his wife enjoy spending time together with their three daughters.
Dr. Alsayed has special interest in treating hematologic malignancies, including non-Hodgkin lymphomas, Hodgkin’s disease, multiple myeloma, plasma cells diseases, MDS (Myelodysplastic syndrome), and leukemia.
In his free time, Dr. Alsayed is passionate about photography. He also enjoys reading, soccer and spending time with his wife.
Dr. Amin treats high-risk cardiac patients requiring interventional procedures. He is experienced with the Impella heart pump, radial (wrist) access for cardiac catherization, pre- and post-operative heart transplant care, and treating patients with chronic heart failure. He has a special interest in advanced heart failure, carotid artery disease management, pulmonary hypertension, peripheral artery disease, and coronary stenting.
In his free time, Dr. Amin enjoys spending time relaxing on the beach.
Dr. August is also nationally recognized as a Certified Medical Director by the American Medical Directors Association.
Dr. August takes a special interest in Geriatrics and long term care.
In his spare time, he enjoys golf, water sports, fishing and snow skiing.
Dr. Behrens has provided primary care services in a private practice setting since 1989. She has special interest in urgent care medicine and providing pediatric and adult medical care.
In her free time, Dr. Behrens enjoys biking, gardening and her pets. She also enjoys spending time with her family.
After four years in private practice as an obstetrician/gynecologist, Dr. Beiswenger completed a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Duke University Medical Center.
Dr. Beiswenger is board-certified in maternal-fetal medicine. He has special research interests in prenatal diagnosis, placental pathology, fetal growth restriction, and hypertensive disorders.
Dr. Benson has special medical interest in trauma surgery. In addition, she enjoys treating a wide range of non-emergent surgical conditions such as breast disease and abdomen problems. Dr. Benson is board-certified in general surgery.
Dr. Benson enjoys spending time with her husband, Ken, and their two children. Her hobbies include gardening, attending sporting events and playing the piano.
Dr. Bixler has a special medical interest in women’s health. She also has interests in dermatology as well as child health from infancy to adolescence. Dr. Bixler is a board-certified family medicine physician.
Dr. Bixler was born and raised in Port St. Joe and graduated from Port St. Joe High School in 2004. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and creating scrapbooks. Dr. Bixler has a passion for volunteering at her local church and supporting the community of Port St. Joe.
Dr. Boatright has special interest in general medical oncology.
In his free time, Dr. Boatright enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife, Barbara, and two children, Sam and Adam.
